Toolroom Express was founded in 1989 as a
mold shop focused on quick-turnaround production molds and
short-run injection molding.
In 1990 Toolroom Express merged with Four Square and the
Toolroom Express name became dormant.
During the time since the merger Four Square has grown
into a full service production injection molding company,
running 18 injection molding machines in a multi shift
operation. In 2003 a strategic decision was made to again use the
Toolroom Express name for a new rapid injection molding service.
An extensive amount of time was spent developing the
technical and service sides of Toolroom Express.
In late 2004 Toolroom Express began offering its rapid
injection molding services to customers. Our mission is to deliver real injection molded parts to our
customers in a relatively short time and at a reasonable tooling
cost. An important
value that we offer to our customers is our extensive experience
in injection molded part design and injection molding.
We are continuing to improve and refine our rapid
injection molding service to our customers.
Toolroom Express is located in
Binghamton, NY, 3 ½ hours northwest of New York City in the
beautiful upstate region of New York.
